Melissa Clapp (Assistant Coordinator): I’m a Little Rock Native and come from a very small family; just parents, no siblings and no other family anywhere close. I’ve worked at UAMS since 1992, all in the Department of Internal Medicine: 5 as a copy editor for the nephrology journal Kidney International and the remaining as an assistant program coordinator in the house staff office. My interests include travel, food, reading, Netflix binging, and collecting various vintage items. Animals are my lifelong passion and I devote as much time, energy and resources as possible to animal-related causes.

Erica Bryant (Administrative Analyst): I was born and raised in Little Rock, but I have spent the last ten years living in Maumelle. In 2010 I graduated from Central Baptist College with a degree in Organizational Management. I have three children that keep me pretty busy, but in my free time I like to read and watch movies. As the newest member of the House Staff, I’ve met a lot of wonderful people and look forward to making a contribution to the Department of Internal Medicine
