The requirements for an invitation to interview are:
  1. Enrollment in or completion of an accredited 3 year Internal Medicine Residency
  2. Eligible or certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine
  3. USMLE Board Scores, Step I, II, & III
  4. Three letters of recommendation
  5. Completed application

A priority is given to the information gained through a personal interview. IMG candidates to the Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine Fellowship Program must hold a current ECFMG Certificate.  Sponsorship is available for both the J-1 clinical and H-1B visas.

Fellowship positions are selected through the National Residency Matching Program (NRMP). For additional information, review the Residents Handbook, giving special attention to Benefits and Terms & Conditions for Appointment (Employment in Residency Training Program).
