Sheila Rupley (Coordinator – Internal Medicine; Medicine Pediatrics):  I am truly a Southern Girl as I was born and raised in Georgia, moved to Baton Rouge, and then to Little Rock in 2003. I have one son, Adam, who graduated from LSU and lives and works in Houston, TX. He is a Data Architect with a local company. I love to travel and have driven all over the United States to visit family and friends. My most recent trip was to London and Paris and hope to go to Ireland next. Reading, gardening, cooking and hosting dinner parties and college football are my favorite past times. I started at UAMS in 2009 as an Administrative Analyst, was promoted to Medicine Pediatrics Coordinator in December 2011, and became the Internal Medicine Coordinator in January 2016. Both programs keep me very busy, but I love meeting people from all around the world.

Melissa Clapp (Assistant Coordinator): I am a Little Rock native, the only child of an RN and a psychologist. I have worked at UAMS in the department of Internal Medicine sine January 1992. My interests include (but are not limited to): reading and binge watching pretty much anything pertaining to crime (murder mysteries, suspense and espionage thrillers, psychological profiling, forensic procedurals, and legal dramas), listening to a wide array of music, writing, cooking, traveling, collecting and working on numerous home improvement projects. However, animals and animal related causes remain my true passion. I am best described as a lifelong learner with eclectic tastes, who has never quite figured out what she wants to do when she grows up.

Kenneth Vigbedor (Administrative Analyst): I am originally from Ghana in West Africa. I have been working at UAMS since 2013. I enjoy exploring Arkansas.
